By studying communities of the longest-living populations around the world, Blue Zones has uncovered a set of guidelines that can lead to longer lives, such as plant-slant diets, routine natural movements throughout the day and a strong sense of purpose in life.
To put these findings into action, Blue Zones offers a multitude of services, resources and products. With expansion in mind and growing global awareness of the concept of ‘Blue Zones’, the company needed a new identity that was flexible, protectable and inspiring.
